Teams
Collaborate with your team using shared workspaces
Teams let you collaborate on workflows with other people. Create a shared workspace, invite members, and control who can view or edit your automations.
Creating a Team Workspace
Team workspaces are organizations where multiple users can collaborate. Your personal workspace is always available, and you can create additional team workspaces depending on your plan.
Inviting Members
Open team settings
Navigate to your team workspace and open the team settings panel.
Invite by email
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role.
Choose a role
Assign one of three permission levels to the new member.
Roles and Permissions
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access. Can manage members, billing, and all workflows. |
| Write | Can create and edit workflows, but cannot manage team settings. |
| Read | View only access to workflows and their execution history. |
Plan Limits
Workspace and invitation limits are enforced by your subscription. Free accounts have one personal workspace and can invite up to two members per workspace. Pro supports up to three workspaces; Business supports unlimited workspaces under the current application limits.
Included billing seats and invitation permissions are different concepts. Check your subscription settings for the applicable billing terms.
